**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate** to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in managing online orders, supporting customer service, and handling returns and logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values helping others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process online orders, generate invoices, and handle payments
- Manage daily scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support customers with order updates, shipping details, and return logistics
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth operational workflows
- Identify and report improvements to enhance the online customer experience

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** and **Google Workspace**:

- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**:

- Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
- Proven ability to **multi-task and prioritize competing demands**:

- A self-starter who can work independently and think critically
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers and solving problems on the spot
- Typing speed of **50+ WPM**:

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and tools
- Previous experience in **e-commerce, retail, or fulfillment** is a strong asset
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow
- A natural communicator who enjoys helping others
- Team-oriented with a “no task too small” attitude
- Comfortable in a high-paced, evolving work environment
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
