Sales Advisor

Northern Climate Heating & Cooling is a full-service HVAC/R company located in Chester Basin, NS.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Prospect and qualify new residential and commercial sales leads
- Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
- Provide timely quotes or estimates
- Order equipment and confirm equipment availability
- Work with the HVAC Project Manager to ensure jobs/projects are completed in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Analyze and project industry supply and demand
- Follow up on outstanding quotes
- Project and pre-plan marketing strategies
- Review project costs
- Keep up-to-date on all Efficiency NS and Government Grants available
- Create quotes and invoices in Sage 50

**Qualifications**:

- HVAC/R license with 3-5 years experience in the field required
- Sales experience considered an asset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of industry standards

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
