We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable **National Maintenance Planner** to join our Facilities and Equipment team. Reporting to the Director, Facilities and Equipment, you will be responsible for planning maintenance and technical services work, including projects up to $1M or single contractor, with local maintenance managers. Additional responsibilities for developing and then administering the maintenance management systems (CMMS), monitoring, and generating reports on maintenance performance for senior management decision making. **What you’ll do**: - Support the development of maintenance strategies by providing recommendations and develop procedures and methods based on manufacturer guidelines, internal company procedures and relevant legislation to ensure equipment reliability. - Plan and schedule equipment maintenance activities, in coordination with the F&E Managers, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, to ensure safe operation with mínimal downtime. - Vendor management including tender support to procure necessary services, equipment, and spare parts, supporting internal financial processes. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, ensuring that all maintenance reports and documentation are up to date. - Support project planning for all work
