**What you need to be successful**
- You have a **Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work**:
- You are registered as a member in good standing with the **Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers**:
- You have the **ability to travel within the Guelph - Wellington region community** - **Valid driver's license, vehicle and vehicle insurance required -** East Wellington Region including Rockwood, Mapleton, Drayton, Minto, Mount Forest**:
- Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
- You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
- You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
