Marketing Coordinator

**Overview**

True North Log & Timber Homes is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure that all marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across various marketing channels including digital, social media, events, and print.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media.
- Help manage content across digital platforms, including website updates, social media management, and content creation.
- Organize company events, tradeshows, webinars, and promotions to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze data to improve future strategies.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met for various projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely completion of marketing initiatives.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
