We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Bar Manager** to lead our dynamic team at Dirty Dogs - a high-energy bar known for its bold flavors, killer cocktails, and electric vibes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily bar operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure top-tier customer service and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and supervise bar staff
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs
- Create seasonal cocktail menus and support promotions
- Enforce cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor managers
**Requirements**:
- 2 years experience in a bar/restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/French) Spanish is a strong asset
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)

Nous recherchons un(e) **Gérant(e) de Bar** passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour diriger notre équipe dans un bar animé, célèbre pour ses saveurs audacieuses, ses cocktails explosifs et son ambiance électrique.
**Responsabilités**:
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du bar et les horaires du personnel
- Offrir un service client exceptionnel
- Recruter, former et superviser l’équipe du bar
- Gérer les stocks, passer les commandes, contrôler les coûts
- Créer des menus de cocktails et participer aux promotions
- Assurer le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Travailler en collaboration avec les autres départements
**Exigences**:
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion en bar/restauration
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et communication
- Très bonne connaissance des spiritueux et des tendances en mixologie
- Capacité à gérer un environnement rapide et sous pression
- Bilingue (français/anglais) Espagnol est un atout important
- Horaire flexible (soirs et fins de semaine)
Pay: $43,918.48-$60,000.00 per year
