**Job Description**:
Comme conseiller(-ère) en communication, sous la responsabilité de la Directrice adjointe communications, contrats et formation, votre rôle consiste à mettre votre savoir-faire et votre expertise au service de la force de ventes et de nos partenaires d’affaires (B2B). En s’appuyant sur une compréhension fine des besoins, objectifs et enjeux d’affaires, comme conseiller(-ère) en communication, vous mettez votre savoir-faire au service de la vision, de la mission et des objectifs du secteur en plus de réaliser des mandats dans le cadre de projets d’envergure.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe actuariat au design et à l'élaboration des produits.- Utiliser les renseignements disponibles pour identifier les besoins de notre clientèle au niveau de soutien marketing, des outils de ventes et des produits et apporter des recommandations.- Participer à la réalisation de certaines activités requises par le plan de communication de la ligne d’affaires (communiqués, rapports périodiques, brochures de vente, publicité, journal interne, site Internet, etc.).- Réaliser ou participer à des sondages auprès des intervenants de la ligne d’affaires (partenaires, concurrents, prospects).- Rédiger et concevoir différents sondages d’appréciation et en faire l’analyse; Participer au processus d’amélioration de sa vice-présidence.
Vos talents et qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en communication, en rédaction ou toute autre discipline pertinente.- Minimum trois (3) ans d’expérience pertinente dont un minimum d’un (1) an dans le milieu de l’assurance de personnes ou des produits et services financiers.- Très bonne connaissance des produits d’assurance de personnes ou des services financiers.- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, parlé et écrit.- Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et d'innovation.
