**Job Description**:
Dans l’équipe de la Direction - Communications internes et externes, et en collaboration avec ses collègues, le conseiller en communication exerce un rôle-conseil dans son domaine pour différents besoins de communication interne. Sa mission? S’approprier la vision de Beneva, ses objectifs et ses différents projets, et contribuer à créer du sens auprès des employés et des gestionnaires en élaborant et réalisant des stratégies et plans de communication interne.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes
- Offrir un rôle-conseil en communication interne sur des projets corporatifs, transversaux ou d’intégration, et ce, en collaboration avec l’équipe de la gestion du changement et/ou d’autres partenaires à l’interne
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de communication interne pertinents en fonction des enjeux et des publics cibles, en plus de prendre en charge la gestion et la production des outils de communications
- Conseiller les gestionnaires quant aux enjeux de communication interne inhérents aux projets d’affaires
- Concevoir et gérer des outils de communication standardisés, et veiller à leur bonne utilisation
- Mesurer l’efficacité et la performance des activités de communication
- Assurer la gestion des projets sous sa responsabilité
- Assurer une vigie des tendances et pratiques liées à son domaine d’expertise et à ses mandats
- Participer au processus d’amélioration continue dans sa direction et au besoin dans d’autres secteurs
- Participer à la préparation annuelle des objectifs de la direction et au suivi de leur réalisation

Vos talents et qualifications
- Baccalauréat en communication ou dans un domaine connexe
- 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en communication ou dans une discipline connexe
- Très bonne connaissance de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Maitrise de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison des interactions avec des partenaires anglophones
- Capacité à faire preuve de créativité, de dynamisme et d'initiative
- Sens développé de l’organisation, de l’analyse, de la planification, de la gestion des priorités
- Bonne capacité à travailler sous pression et en concertation avec de multiples intervenants
- Maîtrise des outils de bureautique (O365)
- Un atout : facilité à organiser visuellement l’information de façon attrayante
