**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Utilize office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Operate phone systems efficiently to ensure effective communication within the office.
- Support medical office operations by managing patient records and appointments when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Office Secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience in using various phone systems and clerical duties will be beneficial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.85-$26.05 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 16 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required
- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
