Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Junior Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include coordinating tradeshows and conferences, project lead distribution, monitoring construction alerts, customer feedback research, and related marketing tasks to support the marketing and sales team.

Lead Management and Distribution to Sales
- Identify and review potential leads and assign to Sales team
- Website
- Database (CMD)
- Google Alerts
- Request for proposal
- Government bond

External & Internal Event Planning
- Plan and coordinate external tradeshows/conferences and internal meetings

Sales Support
- Receive and process sample & brochure requests for the Sales team
- Prepare project reference lists and diverse sales materials
- Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations

Customer Experience
- Produce NPS reports (Delighted)
- Conduct customer interviews

Marketing Team Support
- Support local marketing team
