We are a Montreal-based Overnight Oats company founded by a certified nutritionist, whose goal is to make healthy eating easy, fun and delicious, starting with the most important meal of the day: breakfast ;) We are the first in Canada to launch a line of Overnight Oats to retail, and we are very excited to be the first to launch a line of Probiotic Trail Mixes & Super Seeds in Canada as well

**Responsibilities**

The main duties of this role is to execute the marketing strategy of Yumi and ensure all efforts are in alignment with our branding. Reports to the marketing director and works hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure marketing efforts are run on time and according to plan with efficiency. We are looking for an organized and creative person who can work well with multiple deadlines in place and capable of thinking outside the box for solutions.
- Executes and oversees marketing strategy
- Plan and execute annual seasonal marketing promotions
- Build and manage influencer relationships
- Oversees creative content to ensure direction is in alignment with our brand.
- Organizes copywriter content and visual assets for marketing and social media purposes
- Manages social media posts
- Organizes and participates in consumer-facing tradeshows and events
- Executes public relations outreach around new product launches and key events
- Builds marketing partnership opportunities with other brands and events

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in marketing, experience in food industry an asset
- Graduate of marketing background
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Very organized and proactive
- Excel in project management and managing multiple timeframes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be social and understand users’ behavior. Have great customer relations skills and be focused on customer experience
- Be well versed with influencer marketing strategies.
- Be performance and results oriented
- Familiarity with social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Be creative to build on existing marketing strategies
- Good visual eye for creative content to ensure assets are in alignment
- Master basic editing and copywriting skills
