Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for product commercialization coordination and support of the company’s product development, sales and marketing efforts. The Product Commercialization Coordinator will act as a cross-functional liaison between external and internal steakholwders to support the flawless execution of all new product commercialization projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordination and integrity of product commercialization projects.
- Compiles and provides information required by a customer and internal stakeholders for successful product commercialization.
- Liaise with customers and their R&D/QA team on an ongoing basis to ensure new products meets outlined specification and quality standards.
- Oversees data integration and integrity across various departments and platforms
- Establishes strong communication channels by partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce ambiguity and establish transparency of project scope, objective and expectations.
- Engages in the development of new formulations and assists / supports sample making when required.
- Solves project constraints with key business leaders by providing information on the project progress, deadline conflicts, missing information, and project backlogs.
- Develops and implement product commercialization procedures, including the completion and implementation of SOPs and related forms and documents.
- Reviews current commercialization process mapping to identify areas of opportunity and provide continuous improvement solutions.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects under short timelines to produce high quality work.
- Must possess the ability to self-schedule to advance multiple requests simultaneously.
- Ability to lead / work closely with cross-functional team members.
- Identifies and analyzes information to give early indications of commercialization challenges for new products.
- Participates in the execution of trials and first production runs for all new products.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in commercialization management or related roles
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
