Surrey, Canada Sohi Vacations Full time

As travel restrictions ease and the demand increases, we are looking to hire two travel agents full-time. We aim to offer excellent customer service to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with their diverse travel needs.

Some day-to-day duties include:

- Provide all relevant information on travel destinations
- Book tickets, hotels, and rental cars
- Organize accommodations and ground transportation services
- Recommend travel tips to ensure safety
- Find the best possible rates on travel bookings for their clients
- Facilitate travel for multi-destination trips
- Ensure passengers understand which travel documents will be needed
- Advise and plan group travel

We are looking for individuals who can offer the following to our company:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good organization skills
- Strong communication skills (Must be proficient in Punjabi, Hindi and English)
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent computer management skills
