**Job description**

Join our dynamic team at Pixel Army as an Account Manager & Sales Manager ( Dual Role )and take the lead in driving revenue growth for our website and marketing agency. As a Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to our agency's success. We're on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**The position**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You'll identify potential clients, thoroughly understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value our agency can bring to their businesses. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients will be a key aspect of your role, as you'll provide exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with Pixel Army.

**What you'll achieve together with us**

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, timely project completion and client relationship management. Shape the agency's success by identifying and pursuing business development opportunities. Contribute insights to strategic discussions that guide our agency's growth trajectory. Work under the mentorship of our management team to develop your skills and contribute to our agency's vision.

**What we are looking for**

A natural leader with a passion for sales and business development as well as account management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Innovative and strategic thinker, able to tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**What we require**

Experience in sales, account managment, or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
