**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Store Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related coordination
- Ensure customer satisfaction, store safety, and policy compliance
- Help maintain a positive and healthy work environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of administrative or retail experience
- Knowledge of food retail operations
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
