Job Description - Drivers License Required
As a Technician you are responsible for performing cleaning and carpet repair services for customers. This includes:

- Steam cleaning, vacuuming or shampooing carpets, rugs, upholstery and other types of flooring
- Repairing damaged or soiled flooring
- Accurately entering work order charges and effectively communicating with

the team regarding any follow up work.
- Assisting in collecting purchase orders and payment from customers
- Using company vehicles to travel to and from client sites
- Perform physical activities that require use of arms, legs and entire body;
including moving furniture, equipment and supplies.
- Using problem solving skills such as logic and reasoning to complete the

required task
- Communicating including written and verbal communications with clients,

supervisor, team members and subordinates
- Effective time management including meeting deadlines and being on time

for appointments.
- Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team

members.
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or

organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Acting with integrity and honesty.

**Salary**: $51,072.00-$79,810.00 per year
