**Job Summary**:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and knowledgeable about the automotive industry? Astra Motors is seeking a dedicated and professional **Service Advisor** to join our team.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the vital link between our valued customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of service jobs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Document vehicle issues and maintenance requests accurately.
- Provide detailed cost estimates and explain repair options to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages based on vehicle needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (training can be provided).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $50,336.00-$57,200.00 per year
