**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The site manager is responsible for the site teams. He/she ensures that projects are carried out according to the established deadlines and standards. He coordinates and monitors the teams on the site.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate all site installations and equipment
- Coordinate construction of site structures (tents, containers, trailers, fencing, etc.).
- Coordinate internal earthwork needs, such as additional landscaping, grading, etc.
- Manage overlay requirements (tents, trailers, fencing, ballast, scaffolding, etc.).
- Develop and maintain work documents.
- Manage site crews and allocate tasks as needed: timesheet, daily tracking
- Coordinate team leaders and assign tasks according to schedule
- Ensure that safety instructions are followed
- Coordinate waste management
- Perform all other related tasks
- Drive telescopic forklift
- Manage site maintenance
- Other related tasks

**PREREQUISITES**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Can read site plans
- Valid driver's license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems such as: Excel, Word, Outlook,
- One Drive, SharePoint, etc.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
