Discover more at To help support our experiences, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a leader in our guest experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patrons. You will oversee guest flow, manage high-volume traffic, and lead staff by example to maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. With a keen eye for merchandising and retail management, you will contribute to the success of our establishment by ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example to create a world-class guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and engaged. Manage staff, schedules, and payroll while fostering a positive team culture. Optimize guest traffic flow across the experience to ensure efficiency during peak times. Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable at all times. Serve as the primary contact for tour-related communications and guest inquiries. Train and oversee service staff to uphold brand standards and deliver excellent customer service. Oversee and manage merchandise presentation, inventory, and sales. Prepare and deliver high-level sales and operations reports, providing key insights and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making for the team. Manage tracking systems to maintain optimal stock levels. Oversee reservation systems and front desk operations. Maintain dressing rooms, costumes, and support artistic direction on tour. Handle VIP and media relations to enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications: Proven experience in a site/retail management role, with at least 4-6 years' experience in guest-facing environments. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and exceptional customer service. Experience managing high-volume guest traffic and optimizing operational efficiency. Demonstrated ability to oversee merchandise inventory and implement effective tracking systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory and facility maintenance. Experience in handling payroll support and managing staff schedules. Proven ability to manage VIP and media relations in a hospitality or experiential setting. Knowledge of costume maintenance and presentation is an asset. Why VIBRANT?
