**What You Get to Do**
- Use diagnostic tools and questioning to resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate technician when needed.
- Record all helpdesk interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with software/hardware installs, mobile device support, file backups, and system configuration.
- Conduct routine maintenance and keep inventory logs for IT hardware and peripherals.

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in an IT-related role
- Diploma or University Degree in the computer-related field
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office products, particularly excel and word.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
