Forbes IT Solutions Ltd. is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting dental clinics across Canada.
We manage business-critical IT systems where downtime directly impacts patient care and clinic revenue.

This is real MSP work: multiple clients, real responsibility, real expectations.

The Role

We are hiring an **Intermediate MSP IT Technician** to join our North Vancouver team.

You will handle tickets independently, manage client environments, and escalate only when appropriate. This is **hands-on technical work**, not a call-center helpdesk role.

Requirements (Must Have)

Do **not apply** unless you meet all of the following:

- 2-3 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration
- Minimum **2-3 years in an MSP or multi-client environment**:

- Experience with:

- Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery tools (Datto, Veeam, Acronis, or similar)
- Able to troubleshoot issues end-to-end before escalating
- Located in Canada and legally authorized to work

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle support tickets
- Help desk support
- Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
- Assist with outages, backup restores, and recovery situations
- Communicate clearly with clinic staff
- Document all work in our ticketing system

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting dental or healthcare clinics
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and secure remote access
- Previous MSP escalation experience

Compensation is based on **actual MSP experience and technical skill**.
