This is a full-time, in-person position that will support BBE in delivering _exceptional customer service_ to its clients. - Controlling complete file administration for all files as directed by supervisor, including but not limited to file opening, estimations, invoicing, closings, archiving, and accounts receivable.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures for all vendors, resolve work-related issues, prepare, and submit progress and other reports and coordinate activities with all supply chain vendors and worldwide agents.
- Develop and maintain client, vendor, and agent relationships.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times including customer retention, satisfaction, and profitability.
- Define, optimize, implement, and maintain area standard operational processes in line with the Company’s operations.
- Provide proactive insights based on customer operational data that will assist the client and business success.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties may arise from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and/or inventory experience including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional professional communication, presentation, and project management experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Passion for customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to easily adapt to changing market, client needs and processes.
- CIFFA certification preferred.
