**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and supervise a highly competent team of 5+ security guards
- Ensure all work assignments are fully staffed according to job requirements
- Enforce security duties in strict compliance with all federal, provincial, and municipal laws, including The Criminal Code of Canada and Trespass to Property legislation.
- Direct the delivery of security services in accordance with third party service agreements.
- Maintain local site-specific post orders and directives by thoroughly reviewing and notifying the client and KOG of required revisions.
- Carry out various supervisory and management functions with a high level of proficiency
- Train new staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Complete daily site inspections with great attention to detail
- Ensure compliance and discipline of site staff to maintain a professional and secure environment
- Regularly evaluate the performance of staff to ensure they meet the standards set by KOG and our clients.

**‪‪**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- **_A valid Ontario Security Guard License is mandatory._**:

- **_1 year of experience in the security industry is a must_**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to comfortably walk, stand, and patrol.
- Must be eligible to work part-time in Canada without restrictions (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or work permit holder only).
