**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Duty Drawback Management**:

- Collect, organize, and prepare documentation (e.g., B3 forms, invoices, export records) for Duty Drawback claims.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and submit claims accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to reconcile import duty payments and verify refund calculations.
- **Office Organization**:

- Maintain efficient filing systems, document processing, and office supply management.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized to support daily operations.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Use advanced Excel functions to track and manage claims and generate reports.
- Monitor and update claim statuses, creating templates for streamlined processes.
- **Warehouse and Product Knowledge**:

- Gain a basic understanding of warehouse processes and product categories to facilitate efficient claims handling.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration, customs, or related fields.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial documentation.
- Analytical skills to review and resolve errors in claims and documentation.

**Personal Suitability**:

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend improvements.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
