**Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics and procurement activities. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products across the supply chain — from sourcing and purchasing to shipping and delivery. This role is crucial in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement to support seamless production and order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, including freight, shipping schedules, customs documentation, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records; monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to support production
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and internal procurement policies
- Collaborate with internal departments including production, operations, and finance to align supply chain activities with business needs
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Prepare regular reports on procurement status, inventory metrics, and logistics performance

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain coordination (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs regulations, and import/export documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for working with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to support business goals

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
