We are seeking an individual who can control and manage a small team or apprentices, work well while giving directions and advice to other staff and show pride of ownership over work completed.

**General Duties include**:

- General Carpentry - All Carpentry skills and requirements.
- Bathroom - Full bathroom renovation start to finish.
- Flooring - able to install various types of flooring.
- Casing - Install window and door casings, as well as all baseboards, to the intended specs
- Kitchens - Full kitchen renovation start to finish.
- Sub floors - Some sub floor installs will be required alongside other staff as required.
- Labour - some general labour will be included in the position as well
- Blue Prints
- Able to read and navigate as per job

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail, ability to adhere to high standards
- Requires cellphone and class 5 license.
- 6+ years of finishing carpentry preferred
- Able to use ladders and work outdoors
- Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Extensive knowledge of power tools and must possess: miter saw, compressor, nailer, skill saw, basic hand tools.
- Possess reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Dependable, able to work independently and as a team player

**Benefits**:

- Group Benefits Plan available upon completion of 6 month probationary period.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
