PCL Graphics Ltd. is looking for a team-oriented, self-driven, energetic, highly detailed **Printer Operator** / **Finisher **with an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for delivering quality work, who can work independently, and who is willing to learn and grow with the team.

- Read and understand work orders and Rip files for digital printers
- Safe operations of CNC and lamination machines and inspection during finishing to ensure prints are defect free and up to standards
- Compare colour and print quality against proof throughout the print run
- Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on machinery
- Adhere to the daily production schedule
- Manually load and unload various media onto printer up to 50 lbs.
- Responsible for general housekeeping around printers to ensure safety and quality are not compromised; including sweeping/mopping of floors
- Work and communicate with all members of the PCL team to ensure project and customer timelines are met.
- Help in finishing department operating CNC and laser cutter as well as helping in final assembly when required.
- Contribute to departmental goals and training as assigned
- Develop and maintain knowledge in related programs and equipment

This position’s wage is commensurate with experience.

**Shift time is 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**

**Hourly rate: $20.00 - $24.00**
