**Laminator & Cutter Operator - Large Format Digital Printing**:
Markham, ON | 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Monday to Friday | Full-Time
We’re looking for a **Laminator & Cutter Operator** to join our production team. This hands-on role involves operating our laminating machines and cutting equipment to finish large-format printed graphics. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate cutting equipment to trim, square, and finish laminated prints
- Read and follow job dockets to ensure accuracy of materials, sizing, and finishing requirements
- Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and accuracy before packaging
- Handle large rolls of material and finished prints safely and efficiently
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
- Keep work area organized and assist with general production tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Experience operating laminators and/or cutting equipment in a print production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift and handle rolls and sheets of material (up to 50 lbs)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced production facility
- Willingness to learn and take on additional production tasks as needed
**Nice to Have**:
- Knowledge of large-format print materials (vinyls, films, papers)
- Experience with Zünd, Kongsberg, or other automated cutters
- Familiarity with finishing techniques (mounting, seaming, hemming)
