What our requirements are: - Five years experience in hospitality or customer service - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent time management skills - Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365 - Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays - Willingness to travel for meetings and training opportunities - Ability to work calmly under pressure
