**Job Description**:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting seasonal launch campaigns & initiatives from initial to final stages. The Marketing Coordinator will also contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities encompass both the Laura and Melanie Lyne brands equally for all projects.

**How will you support the team?**
- Oversee and execute all real estate projects as they relate from a Marketing perspective, from initial to final stages.
- Create signage distribution lists, develop communicative in-store signage and send the signage to stores.
- Liaise with the mall to determine opportunities and develop plans & tools to support store initiatives.
- Communicate with cross functional teams for all support required for real estate projects as well as for the Grand Opening Events.
- Develop workback schedules for Marketing department projects and follow-up with team members and vendors to ensure tasks are completed by their due dates.
- Manage relationships with print vendors and other promotional vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with the store any sample requests from stylists and influencers.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- A Marketing and/or related bachelor degree.
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in retail fashion industry.
- The ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in French and English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels is a must.
