Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Caller to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and assisting with various online outreach initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies while contributing to the growth of our brand. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and supporting the execution of marketing projects across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote products and services
• Assist in lead generation activities through targeted outreach and follow-up
• Support SEO efforts by researching keywords and assisting with content optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement email marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
• Manage and update content on WordPress websites, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Assist in creating visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials
• Support paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize outreach strategies
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings
• Maintain organized records of calls, responses, and campaign results for reporting purposes

Experience

• Prior experience or familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus
• Experience managing or supporting Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords campaigns
• Understanding of digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone
• Familiarity with graphic design principles is advantageous
• Prior experience in digital marketing or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
