As a **Client Engagement Specialist**, you will be the bridge between our clients and operations team, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Your role will involve managing client communications, addressing inquiries, and proactively finding solutions to meet their transportation needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, fostering trust and rapport.
- Manage client inquiries about transport services, schedules, and updates.
- Proactively resolve issues and provide timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service excellence.
- Track and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate records and billing.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service or client engagement, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer support.
Pay: $60,585.00-$66,949.00 per year
