**HealthOne **is expanding and looking for an **Optical Sales Associate** to join our team.

If you have exceptional communication skills and a passion for superior customer service, as well as experience in optical sales & administration, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional experience to all patients as you greet them either in person or over the phone
- Assisting & guiding patients with frame selection
- Educating and advising patients using lens, frame and eye care product knowledge to patients
- Accountable for all patient financial arrangements/payment plans
- Handle various administrative responsibilities for the front desk
- Ensure efficient provider/team and patient scheduling
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve our patients' experience in the clinic, while aiming to maximize clinic performance and growth

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of optical sales & administration experience in a similar environment
- Strong client service skills, solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using Optosys experience is an asset
- Completion of relevant post-secondary education
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when required based on business needs
