Mississauga, Canada Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. Full time

**Sales Coordinator - Monday to Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm**

**Responsibilities**
- Providing in-office administrative support to the Sales Team
- Liaise with Sales Team to understand job specifications
- Generating, inputting and organizing orders for projects
- Problem solving and finding creative solutions to situations
- Data entry of materials requirements based on shop drawings
- General office administrative duties

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Post-grad diploma or program in a related field considered a strong asset
- Experience working with a manufacturing company an asset
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
- Basic math skills as basic calculations and conversions are required
- Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings an asset

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
