Holland Power Services Inc., a subsidiary of Alectra Inc., is one of the leading power line restoration companies in North America with locations in New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, and New England. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, full-time, Hydraulic Technician in our Corporate location reporting to the Fleet Manager.

Must have ability to read ,understand,interpret and follow electrical and hydraulic schematics

Must have mechanical, electrical ,and hydraulic system trouble shooting skills and to be able make decisions in pressure situations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interface with employees in a confident and professional manner. Work side by side with experienced technicians during equipment repair

Maintain maintenance and inspection records and logs in an orderly and accurate manner.

Self-motivated. Ability to work independently with mínimal direction with strong organization and planning skills.

Experience with fabricating and routing hydraulic oil lines respecting industry standards

Technicians are required to provide their own basic tools to perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment.

Required to engage in physical activity that includes pulling,bending and lifting objects.

Will be exposed to a physical environment,which involves odours,noise,weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
