Installation Technician

**About us**

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.

**About you**
- You’re stoked about biking and getting involved in the bike industry.

- Can stay in the zone and tackle a focused task.
- Have a diligent approach to a tidy workspace.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and detail bikes that come into the shop to prepare them for install.
- Install bike protection kits ensuring the highest quality and coverage.
- Rebuild wrapped bikes to a better standard than they arrived in.
- Perform quality checks on all bikes once complete.
- Collaborate with other Installers to check each other’s work and share/receive constructive feedback to improve overall install quality.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace in both the install and production areas.
- Support customer service.
- Assist in warehouse organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Providing support to the production team when necessary (eg. preparing orders, assisting shipping and receiving, operating the printers etc.)

**Experience / Qualifications**
- Customer service experience - an asset.
- Experience working with vinyl or PPF products - an asset.
- Experience working with bikes - an asset.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
