**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer experiences to our valued guests
- Oversee guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs
- Be knowledgeable about Calgary and provide personal recommendations
- Resolve issues that arise from time to time

**What to Bring**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer service skills
- Flexible availability (Monday - Thursday is a must)
- Must be able to work Holidays
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Hotel/Motel experience is an asset

Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
