A focused and creative woman in her mid 30’s is looking for an inspiring, compassionate and patient Community Support worker to help her achieve her health and fitness goals. She is looking for someone who is willing to learn about her and provide consistent support. She is looking to become more active in her community, seeking out ways to incorporate healthy activities such as walking, swimming, and strength training with support and reassurance from her Community Support Worker. She would also like to explore healthy meal planning, finding nutritious snacks and foods to incorporate into her lifestyle.

She would appreciate someone’s help for a better understanding of what she needs to fuel her body and work towards achieving those goals. You will help her to discover what movements work well for her body and allow her to express herself freely. Seeking out opportunities for her to be active in her community is a large part of the role. If you have a creative and artistic flair that would be a bonus

**Hours : Tuesday & Thursday - 4 hours daily - total 8 hours weekly (opportunity to expand hours with right person).**

**Rate of Pay $20.00 p/h**

**Required**:

- Experience with physical fitness activities
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s license & own vehicle - preferred

This is a **Self-employed Contractor position**, you will be working directly with the family and not working for an agency. Invoices will be submitted and paid out bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). The family will work with you to ensure proper invoices are submitted. This is a self-employed position, all direction and orientation will be completed with the family.
