**What are we looking for?**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Interpersonal**
- Identify individuals with the relevant skill sets required for a project
- Hold individuals accountable for deadlines and deliverables
- Organize and host productive and efficient meetings
- Allocate tasks based on individual skill sets
- Motivate and engage team members

**Project**
- Ensure a high level of quality of work based on SuiteStars’ standards
- Evaluate and manage projects’ scope and out-of-scopes
- Elaborate project documentation (such as but not limited to : Business Process Reviews,

Business Requirements Document, etc.)
- Perform and document post-mortems after project completions
- Establish and maintain rigorous project charters, communication plans, schedule, budget, work breakdown structure, risks log, and actions and issues log
- Ensure that projects stay within scoped timeline and costs

**Customer**
- Organize and participate in various calls with customers from different backgrounds and positions within companies. Those meetings include, but are not limited to: status meetings, kickoff calls, requirements meetings, and demonstrations and presentations
- Own the change management needed as a result of work performed during projects
- Redefine, negotiate and clarify project scopes and parameters with customers

**Qualifications, Experience and Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years as a project manager in ERP projects
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite (strong asset)
- Has performed or actively participated in Oracle NetSuite implementations (strong asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical and keen attention to details
- Time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills in a team environment
- Must be a dependable, autonomous and resourceful individual
- Master tools

- Calendars
- Online Meeting tools
- Spreadsheets
- Documents

**Benefits**
- Profit Sharing: *5% net profit of the company
- **Vacation**: 3 weeks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mont-royal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
