We are seeking a **Project Manager/**Scrum Master** who is passionate about agile methodologies, project coordination, and ensuring efficient software development processes. You will be working alongside a multifaceted, passionate, and dedicated team of developers. It is crucial that you are self-driven and excel in leadership and communication.

The position is full-time at the Montreal office. Experience in the hospitality or POS sector will be considered a strong asset.

We are looking for a project manager to help the development team run at its full potential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from conception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, define clear project milestones, and create a structured roadmap.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Attend all meetings and maintain required documentation- Define milestones- Organizing sprints, setting priorities, managing timelines, and overseeing the successful delivery of features and updates- Collaborate with product owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.- Lead scrums- Monitor progress, address any roadblocks, and ensure alignment between the team's goals and the company's overall vision

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 10 years of project management experience in the Information Technology field- Project management certification (ACP, PMP, PMI, SCM, etc.)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - i.e. the ability to anticipate problems and solve them quickly and effectively- Excellent communication skills- Organized and attention to details- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to commute to our Montreal office

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of.net ecosystem- Knowledge of AWS- Experience in the retail industry
- Familiar with Zoho
