**Descriptions of Duties**:

- Develope daily/weekly work plans and expectations
- Review vehicle inspection reports
- Set and record maintenance schedules
- Ensure consistent communication, objectives and concerns are known by management
- Ensure that the shop, mechanic office and surrounding areas are kept clean and orderly
- Keep inventory of shop consumables up to date and available
- Assist in the development of a simplistic digital maintenance system

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Class “A” mechanic license is preferred
- Valid “G” license is mandatory, “DZ” or “ARZ” drivers license considered a valuable asset.
- Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs.
- 5 years industry experience in diesel/ heavy equipment repair is considered an asset
- capable of working up to 50 hours a week

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
