**Body Shop Manager**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to maintain our great team environment and oversee operations at our collision repair shop. This role will lead a skilled team, ensure high-quality repairs, and deliver excellent customer service, while achieving department goals and managing expenses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the team to meet goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the shop’s budget and daily operations, including scheduling, parts procurement, and production.
- Conduct daily production meetings to align on priorities.
- Monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with insurance procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Prepare insurance forms, estimates, and ensure prompt payment.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of shop management or senior industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair, estimating, and production scheduling.
- Familiar with insurance guidelines and repair procedures.
- Proficient in Mitchell and Audatex software.
- I-CAR certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and solid computer skills.
