Overview:
Join our veterinary team as a Clinic receptionist and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and compassionate care to their beloved pets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Obtain and update patient information in electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgency of tasks.
- Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment plans.
- Creating and maintaining clinic logs, patient records.
- Support clinic team in all aspects.
- Superior attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software systems is a plus
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
