Conavi Medical’s Novasight Hybrid System enables simultaneous imaging of coronary arteries with both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).

If you would like to be a part of our talented team that is making a difference in healthcare, we are currently looking for a Materials Manager to ensure the timely availability of a sufficient quantity and the appropriate quality of materials for Conavi to meet or exceed the business objectives and key results in compliance with ISO13485.

In this position, you will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to monitor and maintain accurate production plans and forecasts
- Lead the sourcing of qualified vendors to supply the quality and quantity of materials necessary to satisfy business requirements
- Facilitate the procurement of materials, components, equipment, supplies, and services including the negotiations of Purchase Orders (POs) and contractual terms and conditions with best possible pricing and delivery schedules
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the supply of materials satisfies Conavi’s requirements
- Manage the timely and accurate distribution of materials into production and other functions
- Identify, recommend, and implement logistics and inventory solutions that reduce waste while improving production output
- Establish productive and professional relationships with third-party companies involved in materials and logistics (contract suppliers or distributors)
- Direct the shipping and distribution of medical devices to the domestic and international market(s) ensuring compliance with customs and transportation regulations as well as Quality Management System (QMS) expectations
- Develop and/or approve as well as ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for materials management within an ISO13485 and Current Good Manufacturing Practices environment (CGMP)
- Manage logistics and supply chain staff including recruitment and staff development
- Promote, and adhere to, health & safety initiatives and requirements

You possess the following qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in logistics/supply chain or related area
- Successful work experience in a materials management position ideally in a highly regulated industry
- Experience in leading teams including recruitment, performance management, training, and career development
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology
- Competencies including results-driven, business acumen, analytical, problem solving, and collaboration
