**Job Summary**
Interested in being part of DYMON? We are seeking a **Transportation Move Coordinator **for our GTA locations. The **Transportation Move Coordinator **is responsible for the oversight and administration of a busy schedule that effectively and efficiently coordinates the activities of drivers and fleet vehicles in support of DYMON’s business operations. The **Transportation Move Coordinator** also serves as the liaison between the Guests and Drivers, ensuring that the Guest experience is consistent with DYMON’s service delivery standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assigns vehicles, drivers and movers to facilitate the smooth execution of each day’s bookings.
- Constantly monitors traffic and weather conditions to proactively manage the schedule and adjust assignments as required.
- Maintains contact with drivers throughout the day; provides directions, route adjustments and detours when required.
- Anticipates potential issues and reacts quickly in constantly changing conditions.
- Cultivates strong relationships with Drivers and Guests to calmly manage challenges and potential issues to reduce stress; serves as the communications liaison to inform Guests of unavoidable delays and schedule changes.

**You will bring**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Dispatcher preferably in a related business - moving, trucking, deliveries, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communicator, calm and supportive in stressful situations.
- Superior planning and organizational skills; able to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Adept at problem solving and implementing effective solutions; flexible and creative in overcoming new challenges on a regular basis.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 5 years (required)
- moving industry: 3 years (preferred)
- dispatch: 2 years (preferred)
- logistics: 2 years (preferred)
