Reporting to the Showroom Branch Manager, the Outside Sales Representative will connect with new potential customers including designers, architects, home builders, and renovators to showcase our bath and lighting products.

The Outside Sales Representative will manage existing accounts within an assigned territory, conduct regular visits to existing customers. You will continue to education your customers on our products, providing them an exceptional customer service experience.

**What you will do**:

- Identify new opportunities and prospect new customers on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, home builders, renovators and design community customers
- Support the showroom consultants by providing ‘on site’ product support for both the design community and showroom customers
- Attend industry events and product training sessions to keep current on trends and offerings in the lighting, plumbing and design industry
- Prepare and present quotations, keep detailed records of quotes, sales and customer requests
- Ensure all customers receive outstanding service and follow up in a timely, professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**About You**:

- Previous sales experience, preferable in the plumbing and/or lighting industry
- Enjoy building close customer relationships
- Motivated and energetic individual who has a strong ability to close a sales
- History of servicing contractors, builders and designers is an asset
- An interest in design and/or plumbing and lighting design trends
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Strong networking, interpersonal and presentation skills
