Reporting directly to the National Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner drives focus on the overall company vision and helps to create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent. They will be required to lead and inspire the overall team to excel and be comfortable working within a KPI driven environment. This role will require the skills to develop innovative sourcing strategies and engagements as well as offering full cycle recruitment support. It will act as the key liaison to our business function leadership team and will be responsible for delivering on business hiring needs while aligning with the national talent acquisition strategy.

This role requires strong influencing skills, strong business acumen and excellent relationship building skills. This position assures customer service excellence and timely completion of duties and assignments that meet or exceed customer expectations. This role requires the ability to lead and support transformational programs, be results driven and have a passion for talent acquisition.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Partner with the business to provide proactive and collaborative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- Partner with all HR on shared goals and deliverables.
- Support and manage 3rd party vendor relationships, ensuring continuity of contracts and review of agency spend.
- Lead high level and complex recruitment initiatives to deliver a best-in-class experience, coach mentor and inspire.
- Lead the TA team through high volume recruiting.
- Support and lead the wider TA team in contributing to projects and best practices.
- Support and lead various national talent acquisition strategic initiatives, systems and efficiency projects.
- Executive Level Interview process management, including custom-made guides and support all steps of hiring
- Monitor labor market dynamics and share information with the team and managers building on solutions for talent challenges
- Plan, develop, implement, direct and constantly re-evaluate LifeLabs’s recruitment activities and performance based on defined goals, strategies, objectives and metrics.
- Ensures all policies, procedures and reference materials are kept current.
- Develop customized recruitment strategies and EVP brand engagement opportunities for client groups.
- Manage the internal recruitment system, posting jobs, reviewing CVs, interviewing and provide your recommendation to the business.
- Create sourcing and pipeline recruitment strategies to provide proactive TA support to the business.
- Develop recommendations for recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract talent.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Post-secondary education - University degree or College diploma - Human Resources/Business Administration preferred
- 7+ years of extensive previous experience at a Senior Talent Advisor level working with executive in a complex environment.
