TC ISM operates in 3 primary manufacturing facilities across Ontario, as well as out of a 3 secondary fulfillment centers, and a satellite manufacturing location in Calgary.-
**About this opportunity**
Reporting to Installation Manager, the Installation Team lead will function as a key liaison between the Installation PM and onsite installers. The Installation Team Lead is responsible for the coordination of all project details and deliverables through client briefing & project development, planning and other services for small and large display projects.**What you will do**
- Manage in-store installation programs and schedules for scale client projects;
- Schedule Installers / Sub contractors and for upcoming work.
- Maintain Quality control and TC standards with installations.
- Walking and briefing onsite managers after project completion.
- Work with various on-site personnel and production teams to ensure project success through good communication on project deliverables.
- Responsible for onsite troubleshooting with installers.
- Will be required to attend installations of displays and in-store environments (which can require travel to stores in some cases);
- Continuously strive to develop and tweak installation processes;
- Prioritize workload when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics;
- Work as part of a team, follow and adhere to Transcontinental’s code of ethics and participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts;
- Fully understand and adhere to all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Security and Company policies and procedures;
- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario, the Workplace Safety Insurance Act and all other applicable legislated, environmental, health & safety regulations.

**What you have to offer**
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- minimum three (3) years related experience in in-store signage installation and project management;
- Knowledge of in-store marketing and fixture execution and digital print process and substrates;
- Superior oral and written communications skills and organizational skills
- Travel is required for site visits.
- Need to be able to read and understand production drawings and architectural drawings.
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexible work hours. Will need to be available for overnight installation initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously & managing prioritization of issues on a daily basis.
