Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the _Talent Acquisition Operations Manager_._
**What You'll Do**:
- Post jobs on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various online job boards
- Create temporary and permanent offers of employment in Critical Mass' ATS
- Assist with managing administration for project employees and vendors joining and exiting Critical Mass
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various projects
**Must-Haves**
- Aptitude for confidentially receiving and processing sensitive information
- Exceptional people skills, diplomacy, and a customer service focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Experience in recruitment or administration preferred
