**Responsibilities**:

- Visual check of area prior to start up
- Monitor box former to ensure sufficient supply of boxes
- Dump waste into U-Pack (get help if pails are heavy) and record waste
- Work closely to packing line crew
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual
- Perform all other duties assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- GMP and safety awareness
